Ms. Abante handles commercial, civil and criminal litigation and practices corporate and immigration laws. Her remarkable involvement in the negotiations for property acquisition paved the way for the realization of the construction of alternative energy-generating infrastructures. Ms. Abante also conducted due diligence on a financial institution and participated in the conduct of fraud investigation.
Mr. Santos is a member of the Firm's litigation department and is likewise involved in providing legal advice on labor issues and other commercial requirements to its clients. He has ably assisted in the preparation of pleadings and other submissions for the Firm’s trial and appellate work, including a healthy exposure to arbitration proceedings.
Maicie graduated from the University of the Philippines Mindanao with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts major in Speech and Corporate Communication. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ateneo de Davao University College of Law in April 2017. She recently passed the 2017 Bar Exams. In college, she was a member of community service oriented Rotaract Club of UP Mindanao. In law school, she was part of the editorial team of Eskriba, the official publication of the Ateneo de Davao University College of Law. She was also a legal researcher in the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Davao City where she gained experience in administrative and legislative works including drafting Resolutions and organizing committee hearings for various stakeholders.
Ms. De Claro graduated from the De La Salle University Manila in 2013 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Legal Management. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree at the Ateneo De Manila University School of Law in 2017.
During her stay in law school, she served as a member of the Civil Law Committee of the Ateneo Law Bar Operations. She passed the 2017 Bar Examinations and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018.

Mr. Eleccion graduated with a degree in Political Science from Far Eastern University in 2013 where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College of Law Manila in May of 2017.
In law school, he was an active member of San Beda’s Centralized Bar Operations and was appointed as Subject Head for Obligations and Contracts for year 2015 and subsequently as Political Law Vice-Chairman for year 2016. Mr. Dela Paz obtained his Juris Doctor degree from De La Salle University – College of Law and was awarded a Certification of Specialization in the field of Human Rights Law in 2017. He graduated from De La Salle University – Manila with a Bachelor of Arts degree major in Political Science.
He was a legal apprentice under the office of Associate Justice Marvic M.V.F. Leonen of the Supreme Court of the Philippines and was a volunteer in the Human Rights Victims’ Claims Board (HRVCB). He also served as the Editor in Chief of the law school’s official student publication, Lasallian Advocate.

Mr. Maban graduated from Father Saturnino Urios University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing where he graduated Cum Laude. He is also a registered nurse. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College of Law – Manila in May 2017. He had his internship in the Department of Justice (DOJ) – National Prosecution Service and Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) – Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs (OUMWA) in 2015. While he was in law school, he was a member of the San Beda Centralized Bar Operations for the school year 2016-2017 and was the subject head for Labor Relations under labor law. He was likewise an active legal intern of the San Beda Legal Aid Bureau batch 2016-2017. He was also the president of San Beda Law-Human Rights Advocates (SBL-HRA) for school year 2016-2017.

She has successfully represented various multinational clients before government agencies, such as the Department of Finance (DOF), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Bureau of Customs (BOC).
